YET&TARR, LLC began in 2015 with a simple observation: property owners and managers in Seattle and South King County needed one dependable company for cleaning, repairs, and ongoing care. As a family-owned, licensed Washington State business, we set out to bring those services together.
Today, our services span commercial cleaning, janitorial visits, move-in and move-out cleaning, junk removal, pressure washing, gutter care, drywall, bio cleaning, and demolition—alongside remodeling, framing, and general maintenance.
